# B2Bsellers – Release 3.4.0 | 2.5.0
Discover the new features in B2Bsellers Suite 3.4.0 & 2.5.0: Smart automation, optimized workflows, and powerful tools for B2B quotation processes.

## General
With versions 3.4.0 and 2.5.0, we are releasing one of the most **extensive updates** in recent months. The focus is on expanding the offer function - with the aim of supporting sales teams even better in their daily work.
**Smart offer sync with the shop system**
The offer process has been specifically improved by introducing an intelligent comparison with the current Shopware shopping cart. When saving a offer, the system automatically checks whether key parameters – such as prices, availability, shipping methods, or product descriptions – have changed since the offer was created. If the data in the offer no longer matches the current state of the shop, the discrepancies are clearly displayed – including specific suggestions for changes. These suggestions can either be applied selectively or deliberately rejected to retain individual adjustments. This provides a solid decision-making basis, especially when extending older offers.
**Further improvements and optimizations**
In addition, the update includes many technical enhancements, such as:

- **Improved user guidance for multiple company assignments**: Employees associated with numerous companies – e.g., across different locations – can now specifically search for the desired company in the company selection. Instead of loading all companies at once, only relevant matches are displayed. This reduces the list to just a few entries and prevents potential performance issues in the interface.
- **New configuration options**, such as controlling the visibility of offer request buttons at channel level or enabling usage statistics via opt-in.
- **Numerous bug fixes** , including issues related to tax calculation in offers, product number display, filter logic, translations, and cart management.

- **BCS-2531** Added support for legacy password migration in `b2bsellers_employee` entity
- **BCS-2549** Prevented duplicate order list types for customers when created manually by sales representatives
- **BCS-2552** Implemented tracking of B2Bsellers Suite usage statistics with an opt-in configuration
- **BCS-2571** Made the visibility of offer request buttons configurable via plugin settings (sales channel configuration)
- **BCS-2150** Implemented a search bar for selecting companies in the account flyout for employees with many company connections

- **BCS-1978** Updated the migration script to support SW5 legacy passwords for initial employee creation
- **BCS-2150** Fixed slow loading in several views when an employee has many customers assigned
- **BCS-2155** Fixed tax calculation for offers that only took line item prices into account, ignoring country settings
- **BCS-2175**Fixed loss of "added by" information when a sales representative sets a custom price
- **BCS-2394** The fixed product number filter is not working correctly in Quick Search
- **BCS-2413**Fixed missing "added by" information in admin order view
- **BCS-2414**Fixed missing "added by" information for discount codes in Shopware 6.6
- **BCS-2415** Fixed the behavior of variant buttons in the category list view when Customer Product Numbers are enabled

- **BCS-2419** Fixed an issue where the profit margin was displayed incorrectly on offers when additional discounts were applied to duplicate line items
- **BCS-2469** Fixed an incorrect redirection that occurred when clicking the back arrow on employee list subpages
- **BCS-2476** Fixed prefilled date values from the URL are not working correctly for sales representatives
- **BCS-2479** Fixed an issue where filter checkboxes were not retaining their selected values
- **BCS-2489**Fixed assigned employees disappearing after using the "reset budget" button

## DEVELOPER NEWS
## Migration from 3.X.X | 2.X.X to 3.4.0 | 2.5.0
Updating from 3.X.X or 2.X.X to the latest version is quite simple:
## Option 1: Via the Shopware admin area
1\. Upload the ZIP file in the plugin list. 2. Then click "update" for the "B2Bsellers Suite" plugin. 3. Then clear the cache. 4. Done, your B2Bsellers plugin has been updated to the latest version.
## Option 2: Via the Console
1\. Delete all files under "custom / plugins / b2bsellerscore". 2. Upload all files from the ZIP to this folder again. 3. Run "bin/console plugin:list && plugin:update b2bsellercore". 4. Then clear the cache. 5. Done, your B2Bsellers plugin has been updated to the latest version.
## Option 3: Per Composer:
1\. First, request access to our Packagist account. 2. Run "composer update b2b-sellers/core". 3. You still need to build the storefront, the admin and the B2B platform. 4. Then clear the cache. 5. Done, your B2Bsellers plugin has been updated to the latest version.
